Sony’s console and handheld divisions are working with independent developers to bring PS Vita titles to the PlayStation platform.
While the company announced the PS Vita last year, it is unclear when the first major game for the handheld will be available to purchase.
Sony also said it will not make a PlayStation VR game available to PlayStation owners, a move that many believe is part of a move away from the handheld console.
While Sony has been quiet about how it will monetize the PS VR, the company is planning to introduce new versions of some of its most popular titles, including the upcoming PS VR exclusive The Last Guardian.
The studio has been working on the VR version of the game, with development starting on February 15, 2018.
While The Last Guardians has a PSVR release date, it will likely launch on PS4, as it was announced last month.
The PS VR version is expected to launch in the fall of 2018.
